All getbesttranslations services are delivered digitally by email or secure download link. We do not ship physical documents for standard orders. Certified translations include the translator's official sworn declaration in signed digital format.
Certified & Legal Translation: 1-3 working days
Technical & Industrial Translation: 2-5 working days
Medical & Pharmaceutical Translation: 2-4 working days
Business & Financial Translation: 2-4 working days
Software & App Localization: 5-10 working days
EU Institutional Translation: 3-6 working days
Your exact delivery date is confirmed before any payment. We never give approximate date ranges: we confirm a specific date. If we cannot meet a confirmed deadline, we notify you at least 12 hours in advance.
In the event of a delay beyond the confirmed deadline without 12-hour advance notice, you are entitled to a partial refund of 15% of the order price. See our Refund Policy for complete terms.
