Refund Policy

1. Free correction

Verifiable translation errors reported within seven (7) days of delivery are corrected at no charge within two (2) business days.

2. Major quality failure

For serious quality failures affecting more than 20% of a document, you may choose: complete re-translation at no cost, or a full refund of the price paid.

3. Cancellation before work starts

Cancellations received before translator assignment: full refund. After work begins but before delivery: see progressive conditions in this Policy.

4. Non-refundable situations

• Dissatisfaction with a correct translation style that differs from personal preference
• Amendments requested more than seven days after delivery
• Documents rejected for reasons unrelated to translation quality
• Refunds requested on express services already delivered within the confirmed deadline

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) business days via the same payment method used for the order.
