For serious quality failures affecting more than 20% of a document, you may choose: complete re-translation at no cost, or a full refund of the price paid.
Cancellations received before translator assignment: full refund. After work begins but before delivery: see progressive conditions in this Policy.
Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) business days via the same payment method used for the order.
