These Terms govern all transactions between getbesttranslations s.r.l. (P.IVA IT 03 456 789 012) and its clients. Placing any order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
getbesttranslations provides professional translation, localisation and interpretation services delivered digitally. No physical documents are shipped for standard orders.
Every quote is a fixed price confirmed by email before work starts. Starting prices on the site apply to typical projects. The exact price is confirmed after document review.
Full payment is required before work begins, processed via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cheques, bank transfers or cryptocurrency for standard orders.
The exact delivery date is confirmed before any payment. If we cannot meet a confirmed deadline, we notify you at least 12 hours in advance.
Full copyright in the translated work passes to you upon receipt of complete payment.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Monza, following an attempt at amicable resolution.
