No. Every quote is a fixed price confirmed in writing before any work starts. If the project scope changes after work has begun, we discuss the change with you before proceeding.

Payment is required before work begins, via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not accept bank transfers or cryptocurrency for standard orders.

Verifiable errors reported within seven days are corrected at no charge within two business days. For serious quality failures affecting more than 20% of a document, you are entitled to free re-translation or a full refund.
